CISM decided that all sports should update the regulations before MWG 2003. The main reason was to update the Anti-Doping part (paragraph 7) with a common text for all sports. I have done this. In adition I included a small change that we adopted some years ago: All runners are allowed to start day 2 (Paragraph 5.2). The regulations are now dated 2002. These changes will have no effect on our work to update our competition programme.
