Campeonato Sul-Americano Militar De Orientaçao
19- 25 April 2002 - resultados Only men cometitors run the Continental Championships, but there is also brazilian female runners who run all the events. In the events there are also other team belong to Brazilian Armed Forces who took part in this Championship. You can download the total results, and read it. In Team competition Brazil took gold, Equador silver and Chile bronze.

The Turkish delegation to CISM will organize next June the Regional Tournament. They will sent official Invitation. You will get more information next month in Alensteig.

The 57th GA ended succsesfully. The old CISM President is new - Col Gianni Gola is reelected. Congratulations!!! The 3rd Military World Games goes to Italy, Catania. There will be 11 sports, orienteering is not included. As it is already confirmed we will meet under Lithuanian sun, next August. Orienteering is in good position - no problems with organizers and organizing. Thank you all for being busy and interested for organizing World Championships, continental and regional events!!!!!!!!!!! We have clear calendar until 2007. So, 2003 Lithuania August 18-24
